Ronnybrook is a third generation family owned farm with over 130 cows. The cows are raised on a completely organic grass fed diet. Unlike other farms, our cows do not get any hormones (rbst, rbgh, bovine growth hormones, etc).
We decided to open Ronnybrook Milk Bar to provide our great dairy products to the community. Our line of dairy products are available everyday at our unique location in Chelsea Market. We started as a small ice cream shop and over the years we grew into a restaurant with a full menu and an appreciation for healthier food. Once you enter Ronnybrook Milk Bar you will see the local products and the friendly service. 
The decoration at the Milk Bar is built on the idea and concept of the wooden crates that were used by the milkman in the 1940's. Today you can still find the 100% recycled quart sized glass bottles in the refrigerator.
